This is the image I was talking about earlier. I had to export it from Lightroom (on my PC), then upload it to my blog from my PC.
This is the way we used to do this before Lightroom Mobile. Remember those days? I have just had a flashback to them.
And to get the image onto Instagram I had to email it to myself, save the image to my camera roll and upload from there on my iPad.
So what was the problem?
Short answer is I don't know - there must be a bug in Lightroom Mobile. The image is black and white when I look at it, but colour when I save it. All rather odd. And a pain. But just a bug.
This bug has reminded me just how good Lightroom Mobile is, and how much it has transformed my workflow. Sure there is this bug but this has only happened once before. Considering how much I use Lightroom Mobile I can forgive Adobe this glitch!
Anyway this is the image - I got there in the end!
I went for a dark and moody feel for this picture, which I will be adding to my new web page, black and white landscape photography in Dorset.
