That is all I did to this colour picture of the Vitality Stadium, the home of AFC Bournemouth.  Below that is the original RAW image.

The image was taken on my Canon 6D with Canon 8-15mm zoom lens at the 15mm end of things.

I am a Bournemouth photographer so I really should include a picture of one of the most prominent locations at the moment.

As you will have gathered by now I like images to look different. My venture into black and white architectural photography has certainly produced a great variety of new photographs of the built environment, if not strictly architectural photography images.

But back to this image briefly, which was taken using my Canon fisheye zoom lens looking up into the sun. Unusual compositions such as this work well with alternative image processing – I do like the finished black and wite image.

I will have 12 architectural images in my new collection, but will also end up with some additional black and white images which fall under other categories, construction photography, pictures of Premier League grounds in Dorset in black and white……. Oh yes and a London twilight cityscape image.

So that leaves me with 3 more architectural images to produce to complete this exercise.

I need to decide which t do. And I am going to do that right now.

Tower Bridge

The Houses of Parliament

I have nowhere near enough pictures of London, but know off the top of my head which images I have, and which are the good ones, which saves me some time.
