The first and only picture of Santorini to make it into my images of 2017 is this one of a wonderful wine bar inside an old cellar

Photo of a wine bar interior, Santorini by Rick McEvoy Travel Photographer

I remember this bar well. Very atmospheric. And a great interior. Great light. A truly lovely bar in Santorini.

Great wine too.

This is the only Santorini photo to make it into my series of my images of 2017, for one good reason.

I did not find the time to get round to even. Sorting this set of images in 2017.

Not happy with that I decided, whist going though my 2017 Lightroom Catalogue, to choose and edit quickly one of the images. And this is the image I chose.

Interior photography is seomthing I particularly enjoy, especially in an interesting space with directional light giving depth and meaning to a space. This is such an example, photographed from the end of one of the corridors that span off the central bar.

This is a single image captured on my Canon 6D, edited in Lightroom Mobile on my iPad Pro - I will explain why next week.
