How to crop an image - another dramatic change to a landscape photography picture taken in Dorset

The crop of the picture in the woods The original composition of the picture in the woods

This is a more direct comparison of the before and after effects of a crop.

I know.

There was an element of me wanting to provide a degree.of impact in the earlier post.

This is the same image cropped. No other difference.

How do I do this?

Easy.

In Lightroom (not Lightroom Mobile) I create a virtual copy of an image, and then can do what I want to it. Very clever.

Cropping is a great thing to experiment with. Have a go yourselves!
