This book was a contributing factor in me returning my Apple Watch. There is lots in this book, but one thing in particular which I will get on to.I listened to this book whilst driving about doing my daily business – it was so good I managed to listen to it in a week pretty much from start to finish. Tim suggested twice a day.Try it. It won’t kill you.I did. And the world did not end. Everything was just fine.
